Having worked at both Columbia and INSEAD, few individuals have as much experience as Carol on “the other side” of the admissions process. As such, she provides her clients with an amazing and unique perspective. Similarly, Carol’s work in Columbia’s Office of Career Services, leading interview skill workshops for both first and second year students makes her an invaluable resource to clients through all stages of the admissions process.
Currently, as an educational consultant with over a decade of experience, Carol is particularly skilled at helping clients find and develop bold topics that will differentiate them from other applicants. She uses her prior experience in admissions to seek out those situations that will become excellent material in the essays. This, coupled with her understanding of applicants’ lives and stresses, gives her a comfortable, and comforting, point of view.
If you get the chance, make sure to ask Carol about “the most memorable MBA essay” she’s read. Chances are, you’ll find it as unforgettable as she did.
