Seher has a strong client-service background, having spent much of her career as a Management Consultant with Deloitte Consulting in their Washington DC office. At Deloitte, Seher focused on Financial Services, Energy, and Telecom engagements. Her area of expertise was Strategy and Operations. During her time as a consultant, Seher worked extensively with clients to develop customer retention strategies, and optimize existing business processes. She also spent a significant amount of time connecting strategic and business imperatives with technology solutions. In addition, Seher co-authored Deloitte’s Point of View white paper on mobile content viability and Mobile Virtual Network Operators.
In addition to her work as an MBA adviser, Seher enjoys cooking as well as choreographing and dancing to Bollywood music. Ask Seher to explain how she married the same man three times in three different countries!

After graduating from Chicago, Kevin worked in brand management and marketing at SCORE! Learning Inc. (a Kaplan and Washington Post Company). He then served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Intrax Cultural Exchange, a worldwide education and travel company. Kevin has also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Hornblower, managing such iconic brands as Stature of Liberty and Alcatraz. Most recently, he worked as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant for Monitor360.
Kevin lives with his wife and two children in Berkeley, California. Talk to Kevin about sea kayaking in the Bay Area and about the multiple screenplays he has written.

During her time at Stanford, Keauna was an ambassador for the GSB MBA Admissions Ambassador Program as well as a writer for the Stanford Reporter. Keauna has had a diverse career including working in Education, conducting market research in Hong Kong for Cathay Pacific Airways and working as an Electrical Engineer for Northrop Grumman. She also pursued her passion in music, which led to a position as the lead Digital Marketing Analyst at Interscope Records.
Keauna has served as a mentor and coach for the UCLA Anderson School of Management Riordan Fellows Program as well as a Board Member for the Riordan Programs Alumni Association (RPAA). She also co-founded the Riordan Fellows MBA Coaching Program, which launched in 2013.

Ryan worked for four years in MBA admissions at Cornell University and The Kenan-Flagler Business School, during which time he reviewed over 1,500 business school applications and interviewed over 500 MBA candidates. In addition, Ryan has over six years of marketing and corporate strategy consulting experience. He has advised executives from more than 25 Fortune 500 companies on marketing, branding, and corporate strategy, and has advised several prominent political figures from around New England.
In his free time, Ryan leads a Boston-area youth program and counsels inner city high school students on their resumes and college applications. He has delivered motivational speeches to high school students and young professionals, and has spoken to audiences of up to 2,500 people. Be sure to ask him about one particular speech he gave, though, which he considers his most embarrassing moment.

An SBC veteran since 2006, Amanda’s vast experience in admissions and her years of professional experience make her an admissions powerhouse. Having carved her own non-traditional path by working in both business development and strategy for Diageo as well as in charter school management and education reform in Washington DC, Amanda sees non-traditional MBA applicants as a thrilling challenge. Amanda’s experience working in both London and New York give her a very useful real-world perspective.

STATS: MBA: Wharton/Lauder joint degree program, earning an MBA in Finance from Wharton and an MA in International Studies with a focus in Mandarin and East Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Served on the hiring committee for Wharton’s current Admissions Director. Undergraduate degree from Bucknell University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received the Prize for excellence in literature.
Walter began his career at Lehman Brothers investment banking in New York and then went on to live and work in Beijing, where he established the University Of Maryland’s China EMBA program and managed its admissions committee. His experience there reading applications, interviewing students and his participation in all admissions decisions gives clients a behind the scenes perspective. Likewise, due to his experience working in China, India, Latin America and Europe, he’s had endless success assisting clients with international applications. His close ties with the Wharton School and Lauder program have contributed to his clients’ tremendous success there. Proving that if you want something to get done, ask a busy person, Walter currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for Project U.S.E., a Newark, New Jersey based non-profit that delivers experiential leadership education programs for urban youth.
