Christine has more than 20 years of professional experience, including 14 years at J.P. Morgan in both New York and London across corporate finance, equity and fixed income markets. As a senior manager and mentor, she enjoyed helping young people realize their potential both professionally and personally, especially their educational aspirations. Christine was an active participant in the bank’s MBA recruitment programs at many of the top US business schools as well as graduate-level recruitment programs at Oxford.
More recently, Christine has dedicated her time to supporting young professionals in their MBA pursuits, in the US and internationally. While living in Mexico City for over four years, she coached MBA applicants at The Princeton Review.

Dawn has spent more than 10 years successfully advising clients in admission to top MBA programs.
Outside of her work in admissions consulting, Dawn has experience in financial services, management consulting, media and entrepreneurship. Previously, as a vice president at Warner Bros., she focused on mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategy, marketing, and new ventures. She has also worked in private equity for several global funds and as a management consultant in the entertainment group of Booz Allen Hamilton.
Dawn has assisted clients from a variety of backgrounds and industries attain their MBA dreams including: management consulting, finance, private equity, investment banking, entertainment, digital media, technology, engineering and entrepreneurship.

Working at Kellogg for over three years, Beth held the position of Director of Admissions for the Full Time MBA program selecting candidates for the 2-year, 1-year, MMM and JD/MBA programs. Having reviewed over 3,000 applicant files of all backgrounds and industries, she oversaw the Kellogg admissions team through the decision process and represented Kellogg on the road domestically as well as in Brazil, Dubai, and Europe.
Beth’s career began in management consulting at Accenture, where she consulted for multi-national financial services firms, and was based out of Chicago and Sydney, Australia. Beth continued her client services work at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in commercial real estate. Beth developed portfolio strategy, negotiated contracts, and managed JLL’s strategic alliance clients, including several fortune 500 companies, such as Huron Consulting Group, Xerox, Convergys, Sun Microsystems, and KPMG.
Outside of SBC, Beth is an avid reader and also enjoys being outdoors and practicing pilates.

A native of Los Angeles, Margaret has been an international MBA application advisor since 2000. Margaret began her professional career in broadcasting, as a radio personality in Los Angeles, eventually moving into the field of publishing. Prior to joining the MBA world, Margaret managed a publishing company in New York, and worked for over a decade at Condé Nast Publications. Most recently, she was the founder and director of an Arts NGO in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Margaret has successfully worked with every type of client imaginable, with a very high percentage receiving merit scholarships. Her clients can now be found on the alumni rosters of every top school.

Kate served in the MBA Admissions Office at Columbia Business School for over five years. In her capacity as an Associate Director, Kate advised applicants daily and reviewed hundreds of applications per cycle. She was also an applicant interviewer, a liaison to other offices within the School, and a CBS representative at events around the world. Kate managed several recruiting and operational projects for the Admissions Committee.
After Columbia Business School, Kate transitioned into campus recruiting and training at Evercore, a leading independent advisory investment bank. Throughout her almost three years at Evercore, Kate managed analyst recruiting from top undergraduate institutions as well as assisted in the recruitment of post-MBA associates.

Ryan worked for four years in MBA admissions at Cornell University and The Kenan-Flagler Business School, during which time he reviewed over 1,500 business school applications and interviewed over 500 MBA candidates. In addition, Ryan has over six years of marketing and corporate strategy consulting experience. He has advised executives from more than 25 Fortune 500 companies on marketing, branding, and corporate strategy, and has advised several prominent political figures from around New England.
In his free time, Ryan leads a Boston-area youth program and counsels inner city high school students on their resumes and college applications. He has delivered motivational speeches to high school students and young professionals, and has spoken to audiences of up to 2,500 people. Be sure to ask him about one particular speech he gave, though, which he considers his most embarrassing moment.
